- 20g Dark Chocolate cubes
- 20g Cocoa Powder
- 15g Cornflour
- 15g Sugar
- 120ml Hot Water
- 15g (2 heaped tsp.) Icing Sugar
- 50ml Whipping Cream
- 40ml Espresso
Lavazza Torinese Bavareisa
1. Chocolate sauce prep: Mix well all the dry ingredients and add dark chocolate cubes. Add hot water and mix altogether using hand mixer. The chocolate sauce should have a honey-like consistency. Set aside to cool.
2. Espresso coffee: ground coffee dose 15g, extract for 20-25 seconds, yield 40-45ml.
3. Prepare the whipping cream to have the consistency of melted ice-cream.
4. In a glass, pour 1/3 chocolate sauce, 1/3 espresso using the back of the spoon to avoid mixing the liquids together, 1/3 whipping cream, using a spoon.
